We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver to residential and business addresses across the United Kingdom.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

PO Box addresses
BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to busy periods, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or if the parcel is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply where redelivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jonalda.com.

We'll investigate the issue with the courier and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
