Refund policy

At Jonalda, operated by UNYX LLC, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order is not quite right, we aim to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused;
in their original condition;
returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Return Reasons

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@jonalda.com as soon as possible.

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and a prepaid return label. There will be no return shipping cost to you for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer want the item, you may return it within the 30-day return period.

In these cases:

you are responsible for the return shipping costs;
shipping costs are non-refundable;
we recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning your parcel;
we do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return:

Email us at info@jonalda.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation.
Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
Send the parcel using the provided instructions or your chosen courier, where applicable.
Keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us, as the correct return instructions will be provided based on your order and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process an approved refund to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size or would like to exchange an item, please let us know when contacting us at info@jonalda.com.

We will be happy to assist you, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jonalda.com. If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
